Clients that arrive early are welcome to relax in the Glow Spa lounge, which is located within the same building as the Surani Clinic. In order to ensure the next client will not be delayed, please endeavour to be on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment.

Kindly provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
